We weren’t one of the lucky people who could attend to the Comic-Con San Diego and we are sorry for living far away of this paradise. Maybe someday we can achieve to be there, but for now we want to share some news about this event, regarding the TV shows.

One of the most expected panel was the one of Game of Thrones, in which they announced the new characters and actors of the show’s Season 5: Alexander Siddig as Doran Martell, the ruling lord of Dorne and brother to Prince Oberyn Martell; Toby Sebastian as Trystane Martell, Prince Doran’s son; Nell Tiger Free as Myrcella Baratheon, the eldest child of Cersei Lannister; DeObia Oparei as Areo Hotah, the captain of Doran’s palace guard; Enzo Cilenti as Yezzan, a wealthy slave trader; Oberyn’s daughters: Jessica Henwick as Nymeria Sand, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers as Tyene Sand and Keisha Castle-Hughers as Obara Sand; and Jonathan Pryce as High Sparrow, a pious man who secures a large following in King’s Landing.

Besides, the producers of the show, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss revealed a small detail from the coming season: “Stannis is a fascinating character and we will be taking advantage of both the character and actor in the season”.

On the other hand, we had the Witches of East End’s panel, in which were divulged some secrets of the show.

According to the executive producer Maggie Friedman, we are going to find out very soon about the mysterious creature we met in the Season 2 premiere; who he is, where he came from and what it’s doing in East End.

We are going to have more flashbacks about the past lives of the Beauchamp family.

Regarding Once Upon a Time, the cast told that Sidney (Giancarlo Esposito) will come back to help Regina, who will get back to her old ways.

Besides, they revealed some images about the upcoming Frozen’s characters Elsa and Anna, in which they were preparing for Anna’s wedding.

The panel of The 100 was pretty exciting, everyone wanted to know about some characters’ fates like Jaha (Isaiah Washington), Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Finn (Thomas McDonell), but the executive producer Jason Rothenberg revealed that he would not be spilling any spoilers about it, because he wants fans to find out as it’s happening.

Anyway, we can know that Lindsey Morgan (Raven) and Ricky Whittle (Lincoln) are officially series regulars, so their characters will appear more often.

The main problems of the teens are the Grounders, which we are going to know more about them in the following season. And Rothenberg went beyond that and said: “I think Octavia is becoming a Grounder, and I think we’ll see that continue in Season 2”.

About The Walking Dead, next season is going to be the most ambitious one the show has ever done. Showrunner Scott Gimple, explained that Season 5 will focus on how the characters have been changed, because, in one way or another, everyone has done unspeakable things.

Besides, throughout this season we are going to see a lot of comic book elements, like the story of Terminus.

Another TV show panel was about Under the Dome, in which executive producer Neal Baer told the audience that this season one of the characters is going to get out of the dome. However, he warned that the death count will continue to rise as Season 2 continues. “No one is safe under the dome”, he stated.

Regarding Arrow, they showed a reel of Season 3 in which appeared new characters like Karl Yune as Oliver’s Hong Kong handler, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer (buying Queen Consolidated, rebranding to “Star City”) and Peter Stormare as Vertigo.

Thea (Willa Holland) will return as “a very different girl” in season 3, having been with her biological father Malcolm Merlyn.

They also revealed that in episode 108 of The Flash and 308 of Arrow will be a two-hour crossover event.

We weren’t able to assist to the Comic-Con, but at least we know what to expect for the upcoming seasons of some of the most important shows on TV.
